Makes one 16oz drink

This recipe makes the perfect consistency summertime smoothie! Not too sweet and not too bitter, you get just the right amount of flavor and texture in every sip. If you decide to make extra, consider freezing it as popsicles for another afternoon treat. 

 

Ingredients: 

-½ cup plain greek yogurt

-2 tbs Honey

-2 tbs Flax Seeds

-1 tbs Wise Goat Beet Kvass

-1 tbs Wise Goat lion’s mane almond butter 

-1 frozen banana 

-1 cup frozen mixed berries 

-1 tbs water 

 

Method: 

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, add more lion’s mane almond butter. For a more liquidy consistency, add another tablespoon of beet kvass or water.
