Excellent Natural Medicine! Tumeric is an acquired taste it is true, but its Healing and System Strengthening Powers are Legendary…. I add a shot of Kombucha or Raw Honey to this one to soften the Tumeric and Mustard but it is well worth the extra step! The Tumeric adds an important Element to the Healing properties of these Wonderful Tonics. I Know first hand that You can radically alter Your Body/Mind’s state of Well~Being and Natural Energy (or “CHI”) through what You do (and do not) ingest…. This is Strong Medicine. Brace Yourself and take a good Hearty Shot first thing in the Morning! My Husband adds a shot to His salads and Veggies.
