Description

A spicy shredded carrot and daikon relish that’s inspired by the Vietnamese pickles, do chua.  Our sugar-free version includes sliced jalapenos and is fermented in a vegan kimchi probiotic brine to give it heat and tang!  Perfect way to level up your banh mi sliders.

Ingredients: organic carrots, organic daikon radish, organic jalapeno peppers, kimchi gut tonic (organic napa cabbage, organic carrots, organic daikon radish, organic green onions, organic ginger, organic seaweed, organic garlic, organic sesame seeds, organic red pepper, unrefined sea salt)

Shelf Life:
While consider shelf stable, we recommend storing the relish in the refrigerator to preserve flavor and texture and enjoy within 2 years of purchase.

Open Carefully:
When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released. Save this liquid as it is very high in probiotics! Catch it with a bowl and pour back into the jar once the pressure is released.
