I just picked up some of your fermented salsa today in Morgan Hill and HOLY SHIT! It is the beat salsa I’ve had!!! Wow! My taste buds’ minds are blown.

We tried your green kraut and your fermented salsa last weekend for the first time. We were at the Saratoga farmers market. They are both so good, both health and taste wise, that I had to tell you. They are honestly my new favorite foods. Looking forward to many more jars!

We discovered your line of products a few months ago. Your jalapeno sauerkraut is delicious and has this caraway seed flavor that just gives it the right flavor profile. However it is your kimchi that is spectacular. It has so many different flavors. The sesame seeds add so much more than you’d think. While spicy, the ginger is a hot-sweetness that sets it all off. We just stock up whenever we go to Draegers in Menlo Park!

I have to tell you that my son’s Crohns is considered to be in remission at this point. His doctor isn’t used to seeing the kinds of results he had – and a large part of his recovery is your gut tonic.  He had to go off of it for 2 weeks for some testing, and he felt it!!  it’s wonderful!!

I just love the kvass and gut tonics!! They have completely cleared up my skin. No more redness, rashes, or acne. My skin also has a glow and vitality that wasn’t there before. We can buy good fermented products here in Maine, but they’re not as good, and I’ve never tasted a fermented salsa that delicious. Or lion’s mane almond butter.

The spicy garlic sauerkraut has been a godsend for my diet and gut. In combination with vegetables and probiotics, it has made such a difference in mental clarity and focus. I have purchased this product several times and will continue to as long as you make it!

So glad I found you! I’m a Gulf War Vet with digestive issues from my year over there. I’ve tried all the different meds and some of the popular Probiotics. Nothing works. I have been looking for some real Kraut like this for awhile.

As always I’m so grateful for the wonderful ferments. Even after making an effort to acquire a taste for fermented foods, I still don’t really enjoy most other fermented vegetable products/brands. But your tonics and kvasses make it fun and easy to get the benefits of eating fermented foods every day, and I feel the benefits are immediate and hugely significant to my health.

I just have to tell you, I only eat sauerkraut and kimchi for the health benefits because I can’t stand fermented foods. HOWEVER, your products are absolutely delicious!!! I love them. Hi there, just a note to tell you how much I’ve enjoyed the Spicy Garlic Kraut!  Never before in my life have I liked sauerkraut, so this seems very astonishing to me, but yours is SO delicious!

I don’t know how you guys make this Kimchi so good. I lived in Korea for three years and I must say – you guys really know how to make some good Kimchi. I love the flavors and that it goes with everything. Tasty and good for your gut?! – that is becoming a scarce combination now a days. I hope you all take pride in this wonderful product. I love it.

I’ve been eating Krauts and Kimchis from Whole Foods and Amazon for about a year. They’ve been good; some very good, but yours is at a whole different level!
