Inspired by the traditional Ukrainian beet soup, we used the same ingredients in this tasty kraut! You can even add our kraut to borscht soup. This kraut has very refreshing spring flavors with a touch of dill.
Shelf Life:
An unopened jar of Kraut is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.
When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released.
Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic baby beets, organic carrots, organic shallots, organic garlic, organic dill, unrefined sea salt

Such a great twist to sauerkraut, the pickled beet flavor give this crunchy snack a real earthy taste. I am really looking forward to trying this with some brats or Weisswurst.

Love this stuff! Crunchy, tasty, probiotic rich. I love to add a bit of raw organic honey to cut the tang. I add it to salads, eggs, or just on the side. I always eat it cold to not kill off the good guys. I am so happy my pharmacy started carrying this product. I’m hooked!
